Data controller

CultureTech SpA, a Chilean company. Contact: hola@culturetech.cl. For privacy questions, write to the same address.

What we collect

Three things, all needed to run the site or reply to you:

  • Contact form: name, email, company (optional), and the message you write. Stored in a Cloudflare-managed database (D1) and forwarded as a notification to an internal Telegram channel so we can reply quickly.
  • Calendly bookings: if you book a call, Calendly sends us name, email, and the chosen time via webhook. Stored in the same D1 and notified to the same internal Telegram.
  • Access logs: Cloudflare records IP, country, user-agent and requested URL per request. We do not use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom).

What we don't do

  • We don't sell data to third parties. Ever.
  • No tracking cookies, no Meta/Google pixels.
  • No retargeting ad scripts.
  • No automated newsletter — if we reply to an email, it's manual.

Subprocessors

The site runs entirely on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV, R2, Turnstile). Calendly processes bookings. Telegram delivers internal notifications. No other services process your data.

Retention

Form submissions and bookings: up to 24 months from your last interaction, or until you request deletion. Cloudflare logs: plan default retention (~30 days), not extended.

Your rights

Under Chile's Law 19.628 and, where applicable, GDPR/CCPA, you can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to hola@culturetech.cl. We respond within 30 business days.

Changes to this policy
